Add FileProvider class and getUriForFile() method and other related changes needed to work:

Add Context.grantUriPermission() method
A File constructor
Two Intent constants: FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION and FLAG_GRANT_WRITE_URI_PERMISSION
